Rincon Sources has signed a binding heads of settlement to promote 90% of its curiosity in Lyza Mining, which holds the West Arunta Mission tenements, to Maverick Minerals Australia.
Following completion of the transaction, Rincon will preserve a ten% curiosity within the challenge by a three way partnership (JV) association and might be free-carried till a call to mine is made.
