Whats up, everybody. I wish to greet you and welcome you right here to our mixed assembly, our Normal Shareholders’ Assembly. I’m Eric Labaye, President of the Board of Administrators of Eutelsat Communications, and I am right here with Jean-Francois Fallacher, Normal Supervisor; Anne Carron, Normal Secretary and Human Useful resource Director; and Christophe Caudrelier, Monetary Director.
Additionally right here with us within the room among the many members of the Board, and I wish to thank them for being right here. We’ve got Guillemette Kreis, who’s the everlasting consultant of the French State; Lucia Sinapi-Thomas; Padraig McCarthy; Florence Parly; Agnes Audier, who represents the FSP. We even have [indiscernible] Erwan Candau, who represents Forvis Mazars as a member of the Auditors School Firm. Absent and Excused is Nicolas Marseille, who represents Ernst & Younger, who can also be a member of the auditors faculty. And eventually, right here with us at present is Piotr Dmochowski-Lipski, who’s the Government Secretary of Eutelsat IGO and representatives of the CSE, the Works Council for the corporate.
And now, because the regulation requires, we will probably be calling on the election of the members of the Board. So, we will probably be voting on Bharti Area Restricted. It has 114,472,331 voting rights and the French State by way of the Agence des Participations de l’Etat, which has 64,586,426 voting rights. So I wish to recommend that [indiscernible] consultant of Bharti Area Restricted and Boris Hauptmann by way of the French Agence des Participation to please be part of me right here. They’ll be part of me right here for the voting course of.
