The UAE Cupboard has permitted 3,567 housing selections for Emirati residents in 2025 with a complete worth of AED2.546bn ($693m), in keeping with official information.
The assembly was chaired by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The UAE permitted 599 of the 2025 housing selections within the fourth quarter, with a mixed worth of AED478m ($130m).
2025 housing selections within the UAE
The Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme issued 3,567 housing selections in 2025 price AED2.546bn ($693m). These comprised:
- 524 grants from President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan valued at AED356.3m ($96.2m)
- 623 authorities housing loans price AED270.2m ($73m)
- 32 authorities housing grants/advantages totalling AED25.4m ($6.9m)
- 2,388 housing financing selections with a worth of AED1.894 billion ($511.4m)
Within the fourth quarter alone, the programme issued 599 housing selections valued at AED478m ($130m), together with:
- Two gracious grants from the President price AED1.3m ($354,000)
- 31 authorities housing loans totalling AED25.2m ($6.8m)
- Eight authorities housing grants/advantages price AED6.4m ($1.7m)
- 558 housing financing selections valued at AED445.1m ($120.2m)
The approvals kind a part of the UAE’s ongoing efforts to strengthen housing stability and assist Emirati households by means of focused grants, loans and financing options.
